- while frying fish take the last packet of 1/2 taco seasoning, 1/2 ranch packet, and all sour cream and mix together. add the rest of the seasonings as needed for taste. this is your main sauce for tacos. put in fridge until ready to use. nasty when warm!!
- Almost there: now in a large shallow frying pan add about 2cups of used oil heat on med-hi. place tortilla in it to brown each side to a nice crispy texture. repeat to all tortillas being used. do not make extra as each tortilla should be freshly fried before serving.
