  4. Add in instant oats, diced onion and green peppers.
  5. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray
  6. Divide the meat mixture evenly between the 12 muffin cups (will be about 1/2 cup of meat mixture)
  7. Cook at 350· for about 45 - 50 minutes
  8. Mix together ketchup and brown sugar for sauce in a small sauce pan
  9. Cook sauce on low until heated through and brown sugar is dissolved
  10. Place meatloaf muffin on plate and top with sauce. Suggested sides mashed potatoes and salad
