- 250 g scallops
- 2 rashers streaky bacon diced finely,
- 150 g asparagus spears, ends trimmed,
- A few sprigs fresh dill,

- Tiny pinch of red chilli flakes, to taste,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- Pinch sea salt and black pepper to season
- 2 tbsp Olive oil for frying
